Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple. This page explains exactly when you are entitled to one, and how to request it.

Section 01

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the program content.

Completion is measured by lesson progress as logged in your account, not by time elapsed.

Section 02

Studio membership refunds

If you cancel the Studio membership within 14 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, provided you have not joined more than two live sessions or downloaded more than five paid resources during that window.

After 14 days, you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. The current paid period remains active until the renewal date.

Section 03

Teams plan refunds

Teams plans are governed by the agreement signed at purchase. The standard 14-day refund window applies unless overridden by that agreement.

Section 04

Exceptions

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 25% of the program has been completed
  • The account has been suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms
  • A previous refund has already been issued for the same product

Section 05

How to request a refund

Email support@nexlyx.net from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request". Include the program name, purchase date, and (optional) a short note on why.

We aim to confirm within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Section 06

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law).
