Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Nexlyx LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 5900 Balcones Drive #27123, Austin, TX 78731 ("Nexlyx", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, enroll in a program, or otherwise use the Nexlyx services.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using Nexlyx you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us at support@nexlyx.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our community rules, or applicable law.

When you enroll in a program, we grant you a non-transferable, limited license to access the program materials for personal, non-commercial educational use.

Cohort dates, instructors and curriculum may be adjusted with reasonable notice. We will provide an equivalent alternative when changes affect a paid program.

Tuition is charged in U.S. dollars at the price listed on our website at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Subscription plans (such as the Studio membership) renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time before the next billing date from your account or by contacting support@nexlyx.net.

Late or failed payments may result in suspended access until the balance is settled.

Our refund terms are documented in the Refund Policy. By enrolling, you agree to be bound by that policy in addition to these Terms.

All Nexlyx course materials, including videos, written lessons, templates, and downloadable assets, are owned by Nexlyx LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly post any course material.

You retain ownership of the original creative work you submit as assignments. By submitting, you grant Nexlyx a non-exclusive license to display your work for instructional, promotional and community purposes, with attribution. You may revoke this license at any time by writing to support@nexlyx.net.

Our community spaces (Discord, live workshops, capstone reviews) are designed for serious creative learning.

The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, hate speech or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing or reselling course materials outside the community
• Promoting unrelated paid offers, courses or services
• Submitting work that infringes another person's intellectual property
• Using AI tools or community resources to produce illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content

Violations may result in removal without refund.

Our programs require third-party AI tools (such as Sora, Veo, Midjourney, Runway, Flux). Subscriptions, terms and pricing for those tools are governed by their respective providers.

Nexlyx is not responsible for the availability, output, or terms of any third-party service.

Our programs are educational. We do not guarantee specific career, financial, or creative outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlyx LLC, its employees, instructors and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to a program is limited to the tuition you paid for that program.

You may stop using Nexlyx at any time. You may close your account by writing to support@nexlyx.net.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material violation of these Terms or applicable law. Where a violation does not relate to misconduct, we will offer a pro-rated refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect by email and on this page. Continued use of Nexlyx after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
